Contact forms Needs a plan

Contact forms that actually reach you

Ask for a contact form and you get a working one — not a decorative box that quietly drops what people type. Submissions are saved to your account and sent to whichever address you nominate.

Nothing to wire up

No form service to sign up for, no endpoint to paste in, no key to keep secret. Ask for a contact form and it works when the site goes live.

Kept as well as sent

Every submission is stored in your dashboard. An email that gets lost or filtered is an inconvenience, not a lost customer.

Bots filtered out

A hidden field no real visitor can fill catches automated submissions. The bot is thanked politely and nothing is stored or emailed.

How to turn it on

  1. 1

Ask for a contact form in chat — "add a contact form with name, email and message".

  2. 2

In Publish, under More settings, set the address that should receive the notifications.

  3. 3

Publish. Messages arrive by email and pile up under View submissions.

Why a form is harder than it looks

A contact form is four input fields and a button, and then it is a mail server, a spam problem, a storage question and a privacy obligation. That gap is why so many small business websites have a form that looks fine and silently discards everything typed into it.

relivo handles the part after the button. When your published site is submitted, we recognize the form, keep the submission against your project, and email it to the address you chose. You do not configure a mail provider, and no third-party form service ends up holding your customers' messages.

The messages belong to you and the people who sent them. We do not use them for anything of our own — we hold them so you can read them.

One inbox per website

Submissions are listed per project, newest first, with everything the visitor typed. Open it from the project or from the dashboard menu.

Send them where you read mail

The notification address is yours to set and does not have to be your relivo account address. Point it at a shared inbox if a team handles enquiries.

Whatever fields you asked for

A booking request with a date, a quote request with a budget — the form is generated to fit what you asked for, and every field comes through.
